Who operates Collabss

Collabss is operated by STRICS IT GmbH. Questions about this notice or a deletion request can be sent to support@strics.at.

Data used by the service

Signing in provides an account identifier and, depending on the provider, your name, email address, and profile image. Campaign data remains on the creator's device unless Collabss Pro cloud sync, a review workspace, or a connected integration is used.

Pro cloud features can store brands, contracts, compensation, videos, deadlines, ideas, statuses, profile images, reviewer access requests, comments, decisions, sample images, and production files. A creator may separately choose to publish a profile for brand discovery. Purchase transaction data is checked only to confirm Pro access. A push token is stored only when review-request notifications are enabled.

Brand review workspaces

A reviewer must sign in with Google and request access. The creator sees the reviewer's name and email address and must approve the request before campaign content is visible. Comments and approval decisions remain attached to the relevant video.

Connected integrations

Campaign access requires an active Pro plan and explicit creator approval. The creator selects separate read, create, edit, and delete permissions for profile settings, brands, contracts, and videos. Delete actions require an additional confirmation. Permissions can be changed per client, and disabling integrations revokes all active connections.

Providers and retention

Collabss uses Apple services for purchases and Apple sign-in, Google services for Firebase authentication, cloud functions, storage, notifications, and Google sign-in, and Vercel for the public website and review interface. When a creator enables public discovery, only the public display name, niche, and bio are sent to OpenAI's moderation service for a safety review. Contact details, social links, and campaign data are not included in that request. These providers may process technical request information needed to operate and secure their services.

Collabss does not sell personal data, show third-party advertising, or use campaign data for cross-app tracking. Deleting the account in the app removes the cloud archive, public profile and moderation state, profile image, owned workspaces, memberships, comments, decisions, integration tokens, and account record. The local campaign archive remains on the device until the app or its data is removed.
