About these terms
These terms govern your use of Collabss, operated by STRICS IT GmbH. By creating an account or using Collabss, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. Questions can be sent to support@strics.at.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the information you enter, and the campaign content you upload or share. You must have the necessary rights to use that content and must keep sign-in credentials and private review links secure.
Acceptable use
You may not use Collabss for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Public creator profiles may be hidden when their content violates these requirements or is primarily promotional, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable for public discovery.
Subscriptions
Some features require Collabss Pro. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the terms shown at purchase. Unless cancelled through your Apple account settings, recurring plans renew automatically. Lifetime purchases provide access to the applicable Pro features for the supported lifetime of the product and do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged.
Service availability and responsibility
Collabss is a planning and collaboration tool. You remain responsible for contracts, deadlines, payments, approvals, backups, and business decisions. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every stored or generated result is error-free.
Ending use
You can delete your account from the app. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are materially breached, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
Apple terms
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where those terms apply to your purchase or use of the app, they form part of your agreement.
